Mesh frame processing quality standards required
This standerd applies to screen printing with aluminum screen frame. Mesh frame types can be divided into the following four:
Ⅰ.Universal: Mesh frame walled rectangular cross-section of the cavity, usually for a small or low-tension screen.
Ⅱ. Reingistic: Mesh frame cross-section of the cavity plus oblique muscle walled rectangular, generally for medium-format or medium tension screen.
Ⅲ. NXL-G: Mesh frame cross section of thick-wall rectangular cavity, generally for large format or high-tension screen.
Ⅳ. Special type: Mesh frame cross-section surface with a groove or flange-shaped thin-walled spaces, general format for a variety of textile printing screen.
